Gov. Beshear Executive Order 2020-257 – Link to Executive Order which states “Only Life-Sustaining Businesses May Remain Open”; specifies each allowable industry category (“Housing, Buildings and Construction” and all its subdivisions are allowable). For multiple Life-Sustaining Businesses the order identifies some, but certainly not all reasons, the entire industry is allowed to operate. Please do not misinterpret the order as limiting our industry’s essential service. Do continue adherence to CDC guidance for safety precautions and protocols.
